Janese and William’s winter wedding was a wonderful example of this approach: romantic, thoughtfully styled, and filled with meaningful details that reflected who they are as a couple.
From First Contact to a Clear Vision
Janese and William reached out to us almost eight months before their wedding day. They had already selected their ceremony and reception venue at the Arctic SnowHotel in Rovaniemi, and were looking for a trusted professional who could translate their ideas into a cohesive and elegant wedding design.
We began with an online consultation, where we discussed the foundation of their celebration — colour palette, overall mood, floral style, and the level of support they wished to receive. They chose our full styling package, allowing us to design and manage every decorative element from start to finish.
Following our first meeting, we created a custom mood board to visually define the atmosphere of the wedding. Throughout the planning process, we stayed in close contact through video calls and WhatsApp, fine-tuning details, adjusting the décor plan, and updating the quotation to reflect each carefully considered choice.
Ceremony Styling
The ceremony space was styled to feel intimate and serene, enhancing the natural beauty of the winter surroundings while adding soft romantic touches. Floral elements were selected to complement the setting, and a custom-designed entrance sign welcomed guests into the ceremony, setting the tone for the day ahead.

Reception Styling & Guest Experience
For the reception, we focused on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere with elegant winter accents throughout the venue.
The styling included:
A sweetheart table with a floral wall backdrop
A romantic table setting designed to feel refined yet welcoming
Luxurious faux fur chair styling for all guest chairs, adding warmth, texture, and a cozy winter elegance across the entire space
Guest tables were styled with table runners, lush arrangements of eucalyptus and hydrangea, and carefully coordinated table details. Janese thoughtfully created the menus, name tags, and thank-you gifts herself, adding a meaningful personal touch. While these services are also part of our offering, we are always happy to support couples who wish to include their own handcrafted elements in their celebration.
Special Styling Moments
Several styled areas were created to enhance the guest experience and add memorable moments throughout the day:
A custom floral entrance arch, welcoming guests and creating a lasting first impression
Candy table, styled and served to match the wedding design, featuring favourite treats chosen by the couple
Polaroid guest book station, complete with camera, films, guest book, photo props, and writing essentials
Cake table styling, framed by two custom tall floral stands for a beautiful cake-cutting moment
Dance area floral arrangements, tying the entire space together visually
All custom décor pieces and styled elements are part of our curated collection, available for future weddings and events. We also offer full-service styling, digital design, and custom-made décor tailored entirely to each client’s vision.

From the initial concept to the final setup, our focus remained on clear communication, thoughtful planning, and careful execution. Regular updates, detailed discussions, and consistent support ensured that every element aligned perfectly with Janese and William’s wishes.
